Passenger comments

"We were apprehensive at our age as to how we would cope with the terrain or the islands. But with help from guides and crew throughly enjoyed the experience."

"I was on the way from Peru to visit Ecuador, but Galapagos was first not on my schedule. Knowing nothing about the Galapagos, I started to look on the internet and I found you website There I got the information about the cruises, Puerto Ayora and In Guayaquil I decided to look for a cruise through the island, it should last about 4 nights, the boat should carry about 20 passengers, not more, and I wanted to get a good price on a good journey.
In the end I decided for a 7-night-cruise on the CORAL. Three days after the booking I went up to Puerto Ayora, which turned out to be a nice place. Sunday I met the yate CORAL II; my luggage was brought by the operator Latin Trails from the hotel to the boat. The cruise was really well arranged: two guides for about 20 people, a timing, that avoided mostly meeting other groups and which was really according to the temperatures . The knowledgeness of the guides and the good food as well as the friendly crew made this cruise a highlight in my 4-month-journey through South-America.
Thanks to all of You who helped"

"Please accept our appreciation for the wonderful services provided by Latin Trails during our family vacation and we had a wonderful time. We booked our trip via PTS incorporated in California. We are seasoned travelers and have high expectations for services and what we expect from guides.
We believe you should know about the outstanding job that Carmen and Jorge Laso provided during our June visit. We traveled with them to the highlands and around Quito. It is my expectation that people will provide informative, helpful and safety during a trip. They well surpassed that benchmark. They are high informed and could not only discuss the history of where we visited but they also could educate us on the politics and culture of your lovely country. They took us off the major highway and took us to wonderful "off the road" villages that were not on our itinerary. On the day we were only scheduled to drive back to Quito they took the entire day to take us to an Indian festival rather than just heading back to our hotel.

We would insist that they would be our guides (or for our friends) that might go to Ecuador. I realize that as the General Manager you always foresee first hand the work of your guides and drivers but I wanted to make sure that you heard it directly from a very happy customer. The Laso's reflect well on your company and your country. I hope you will inform them of how pleased we were.
